Element Collective Juice Bar Coming to That Hot Logan Square Block

Add Element Collective to the many hospitality projects taking over the 2300 block of North Milwaukee Avenue. The group, who just opened Kinmont and is readying Leghorn, found a home for their juice bar, Owen + Alchemy: 2355 N. Milwaukee. The space is on the same block as The Radler, Chicago Distilling Company, HotChocolate Bakery & Cafe, and the second Emporium Arcade Bar. It's also next door to the new Scofflaw project, Slippery Slope.

Chef Jared Van Camp and former magazine publisher Anne Owen will serve a selection of local and organic juices, smoothies, and vegetarian dishes inside the 1000 square-foot counter-service space in Logan Square. Expect it to open in early spring.

Owen + Alchemy adds to a block that is increasingly becoming one-stop shopping for food, drink, entertainment, and nightlife; one that was a row of manufacturing plants just a few months ago.
