Cantina de la Granja Readies for Spring; Dive Bar Slinging Rum Next Month; More

ANDERSONVILLE— Construction continues at the site of Cantina de la Granja at 5025 N. Clark St. The owners, the team behind Crew and Sofo Tap, expect to open the farm-to-table Mexican restaurant in the spring. [EaterWire]

BOYSTOWN— Dive Bar, the nautical-themed establishment from the owners of Minibar and mEAT, could open in mid-January at 3445 N. Halsted St. The bar was supposed to open in November, but will boast one of the largest rum selections in town. [EaterWire]

THE LOOP— How Do You Roll?, an Asian concept featuring sushi burritos and create-your-own sushi, is looking at a spring opening at 17 E. Monroe St. Founded in 2008 in Austin, Texas, HDYR plans two Chicago locations, including an express version at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, 259 E.
