Bow Truss Coffee Roasters Heading to the Heart of Logan Square

Look for it to open on Kedzie in as soon as March.

Loopnet/Costar

Bow Truss Coffee Roasters continues to expand to more locations, as owner Phil Tadros signed a lease over the weekend to bring his burgeoning local coffee chain to the heart of Logan Square. The new location, at 2631 N. Kedzie, is steps from the square itself as well as the Intelligentsia location that opened on Milwaukee Avenue last year.

Tadros says he's hoping to open the new spot in March. It will seat around 20 people and serve a similar menu of house-roasted coffee. He's also hoping to add a back patio.

Since opening the flagship Lakeview location in 2012, Bow Truss has expanded to River NorthPilsen, and is building out a Loop location for a planned spring opening.
