Booze Will Be Flowing at Oak + Char Tonight; River North Spot Now Has Its Liquor License

Oak + Char, the River North spot devoted to wood, smoke and flame, has been BYOB since opening October 30, but that stops tonight as they have finally secured their liquor license.
