LOGAN SQUARE—Sauced, a new night market, will make its debut Tuesday, November 18 at Emporium Logan Square. PARK RIDGE—Employees at Pickwick Restaurant, in business for more than 50 years, will shutter in December. Owner George Paziotopoulos has not confirmed the news, but Dino Vlahakis, a co-owner of the building, said a new restaurant is planning to take its place in the spring of 2015.
