LEYE Turns Part of Nacional 27 into a Taco Spot

Tallboy Taco opens tonight.

Eater Chicago

Chicago's newest taqueria is located inside a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant. Tallboy Taco, located in part of LEYE's Latin eating, drinking and dancing spot Nacional 27, opens at 4 p.m. at 325 W. Huron.

Tallboy Taco serves eight types of tacos on house-made tortillas (fish, chicken, brisket, pastor, carnitas, carne asada and avocado) counter-style at lunch (a first for Nacional 27) and full-service at dinner. Starters, desserts, beer (tallboys and bottles), cocktails, tequilas and agua frescas are also available.

Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, this taqueria switcheroo could be a good option for a quick lunch or a later bite in River North.
