After a long gestation period, Tippling Hall is set to open its doors this Monday, October 13 in the former Hop Haus space, according to Chicago Magazine. Tippling Hall was originally reported in December 2012 along with an expected opening of fall 2013.
Conceptual details for the project with a beverage program headed up by the Tippling Bros. (Paul Tanguary and Tad Carducci) emerged back in February 2013, while info on cocktails came out this past January. Last we reported, Guillermo Tellez, chef at Mercadito Fish, would be heading up the previously-reported globally-inspired food menu.
Tippling Hall ran a couple of friend and family events earlier this week. At press time representatives had not responded for up-to-date information on the beverage and food menus. Stay tuned for more.
