RIVER NORTH—Closed for months, Smith & Wollensky reopened their informal, Wollensky's Grill, last Wednesday. Located at 318 N State on the lower level, the new Wollensky's relies on a small plates menu of beef-centric dishes, including a smoked rib eye with blistered shishito peppers and chimichurri, and non-beef items such as the "Cup O'Bacon" (really). The space was also renovated to add black-and-white marble floors and antique lighting. [EaterWire]

PILSEN—A second location of Bodhi Thai Bistro recently opened at 1800 S Jefferson. Making a move from their original location in Berwyn, Bodhi Pilsen is closed on Tuesdays and delivers throughout Pilsen, University Village, and the South Loop. [EaterWire]

UPTOWN—A new spot in Imperial Towers (4250 N. Marine Dr.), Buena Beach Cafe offers Mediterranean-inspired dinners throughout the week with expanded hours on the weekends. John Grbac (Ready Coffee) turned the former Razon space into a diner serving burgers, pizza, and salads with cafe drinks, fresh juices, and fresh-baked pastries from Bulldog Bakery. [Chicago Mag]

NORTH PARK—Brunch goers in the North Park area have a new spot for their French toast fix. Bryn Mawr Breakfast Club soft-opened at 3401 W. Bryn Mawr in late September with breakfast and lunch menus featuring fruit-topped waffles, skillets, fish tacos and a BLT club. Currently the Club is cash-only. [EaterWire]

BUCKTOWN—Fast-casual chicken eatery Nick's Pit Stop opened a new location at 2023 N. Damen on Monday, five weeks after closing the original location just doors away. [DNAinfo]
