Owen + Alchemy, the chef driven juice bar on that hot block in Logan Square, is officially open for business today. From Element Collective and Anne Owen, the location is opening one day ahead of schedule as reported last week.
Owen and Element Collective partner/chef Jared Van Camp developed the menu, which features numerous combinations of fruits and vegetables. Those ingredients are cold-pressed so that they are not heated up and ensuring the most nutritious juice possible.
