OAK BROOK—Big expansion is coming for Dallas-based RedBrick Pizza, with the fast-casual chain planning on adding more than 50 locations in the next 3 years. RIVER NORTH—A new, seven-course tasting menu dedicated to multi-hyphenate food icon Alice Waters has been unveiled at MK. Chef Michael Kornick's restaurant is donating 10 percent of proceeds from the tasting menu to Waters' foundation the "Edible Schoolyard Project." That menu runs $105 per person (or $165 with pairings).
