RIVER NORTH—Oak + Char, the new restaurant in the former Graham Elliot space from former Untitled chef Joseph Heppe and management, opens tonight at 217 W. Huron. WICKER PARK—The opening of the renowned Tijuana food truck-turned-restaurant Kokopelli on Milwaukee Avenue has been pushed back until tomorrow due to its own liquor licensing delays.
