WEST LOOP—Chef Mike Sheerin is kicking off an ongoing collaboration series with Tete Charcuterie with a special ramen event tomorrow at 10 p.m. Sheerin and both Tete chefs will prepare three styles of ramen ($10 each) as well as pork dumplings (5 for $5). [EaterWire]
