OLD TOWN—Little more than a month after closing their second incarnation, Dinotto Ristorante is now open at 1551 N. Wells Street in their third. As detailed back in September, chef/owner Dino Lubbat has become a certified pizzaiolo and is focusing his menu more on quick-fired Neapolitan pizzas. You can see what's coming out of the 1000-degree oven he imported from Naples now. [EaterWire]
SOUTH LOOP—Acadia resumed Tuesday service this week and have begun offering a 7-course tasting menu (with four canapés) for $95 during the weekdays. Friday through Sunday that tasting menu goes up to ten courses (at $150). With autumn here in full swing, chef Ryan McCaskey has added several new dishes, which you can check out here. Call 312-360-9500 or visit their website for reservations. [EaterWire]
LOGAN SQUARE—Soup and sandwich spot The Brown Sack is closing its doors after service tomorrow. The owners, Adam and Malaika Lebin, are planning on finding new things to do in Evanston. The new, unannounced owners, should have something in the space in 2015, Adam says. [DNAinfo]
NEAR WEST SIDE—Stop by Fulton Street Collective (2000 W. Fulton Street) this coming Wednesday, October 29 from 8:00 to 11:00 PM to check out The Jazz Record Collective and indulge in Pay What You Can craft beer, wine and Manhattan cocktails. The suggested donation to enter is $10. [EaterWire]
