The weather may be getting chillier, but you can still enjoy a special summery drink at the chic bar and rooftop perched on the peak of the Raffaelo Hotel. Drumbar beverage director Alex Renshaw's Eater cocktail, available just this week, may help you forget that summer's gone.
Renshaw twists a classic pineapple smash for his "Charlie Be Good," infusing Beefeater 24 gin with green tea to highlight the tea botanicals. He then adds Grand Marnier and pineapple juice before muddling with two lemons. A shake and a double-strain later, and the cocktail is served on ice in a rocks glass with a mint sprig garnish and a dash of Peychaud's bitters.
Relive summer for the rest of the week by trying the "Charlie Be Good" for $13.
