Soft-opened last night, their new spot, Charlatan, might have a similar layout as the shuttered bistro but the decor is much edgier. Distressed white brick, stuffed animal heads, pipework art and cartoon wallpaper now resides within those walls.
Chef Matt Troost's full menu is also available now. A few of the dishes on the preliminary draft made the cut (such as the pig head for two, $55) but the pasta selection is expanded and the sections have new names with plus signs, among other changes.
