The man behind La Sirena Clandestina is planning a follow-up. John Manion, chef/owner of the well-regarded "Latin local" restaurant on Fulton Market, is heading a few blocks southeast (845 W. Washington) in order to open a new restaurant in a former art gallery, according to the chef himself and reps.

What Manion will name, cook at, or when he hopes to open his West Loop sequel is unknown at this time, as the lauded longtime local chef is keeping details under wraps for now. Expect Manion to reveal more details sometime next month at the latest, so stay tuned for more info soon.
