RIVER NORTH—Aaron Browning (Koda, Tavernita), among Chicago Magazine's "Top 50 Chefs in Chicago" back in 2006, is now the executive chef at Tortoise Club, replacing Gray McNally. Browning has implemented new menus at the gorgeous ode to classic Chicago at 350 N. State; read one below. [EaterWire]
