WEST LOOP—Now available, the "Sepia Old Fashioned" does for old fashioneds what a few other bars have done with Manhattans—lets drinkers customize it with a variety of options. Choose between ryes or whiskeys, and a host of bitters and syrups at the West Loop powerhouse restaurant. [EaterWire]
