M. Henrietta, the larger version of Andersonville brunch spot M. Henry, officially shuttered this morning after four years in business in Edgewater. Ownership broke the news on the restaurant's Facebook page where they thanked customers and asked them to visit M. Henry. The website is now gone as well.
Revival Social Club, a new restaurant under new ownership, has reportedly been in the works for the space since the spring. Eater has reached out to the new owners for information—stay tuned for that.
M. Henrietta opened in September 2010 when owners Michael Moorman and Jorge Aviles, honoring the city's request, hoped to expand the Edgewater restaurant scene with their larger concept. They admitted to having a "rough" first year but seemed to hit their stride over the last three.
