Two seatings (7 and 9 p.m.) are available for a five-course Revolution Brewing-paired $50 affair on January 21, featuring grilled lobster with citrus mojo de ajo, papas molidos, and vanilla; and raw oyster with cucumber water gelee, shaved jalapeno, and cilantro.
