While many restaurants are closed on this record-setting cold night, The Radler is not only open but they're launching their full beverage menu and grand opening specials. The beverage list, designed by cicerone Lee Mosser, features rotating local, nano, and seasonal brews on tap, a selection of German and vintage bottled beers, cocktails featuring German liquors and German digestifs, in addition to traditional German beers.
Chef Nathan Sears is also launching a late night menu (available until 1 a.m., 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays) with pretzels, cheese snacks, cold cuts, fried Brussels sprouts, and potato salad. Any sausage and a 500 ml house beer costs just $12 this week. Look for weekend brunch to begin on January 18.
The beverage menu is below, although draft beers and pricing are subject to change.
