Preview the Kinmont Menu, Opening Saturday

Old Town Social, Nellcote, and RM Champagne Salon were just the beginning. Element Collective is gearing up to unveil their first project of what promises to be a big 2014, Kinmont, their sustainable seafood spot on Superior.

The menu, executed by chef Duncan Biddulph, emphasizes uncomplicated preparations of "rough" fish and a raw selection in starter, shareable, and entree portions, as well as a few turf options such as chicken-fried quail. High-rollers can opt for the $140 Kinmont tower, full of oysters, shrimp, lobster, and more.

Reservations are live on Open Table, you have two days to decide what to eat.
