Giuseppe Tentori's New Restaurant Will Be GT Prime

Now that Giuseppe Tentori has finished up at BOKA, his new concept, hinted at in November, is starting to come into focus. This time Tentori will be delving into meat, marking the second Boka Restaurant Group project slated to open this year that will be "meat-centric."

While many details at GT Prime are still under wraps, the restaurant will essentially be a meat version of GT Fish & Oyster. That means that Tentori will produce shared plates focusing on steaks and other cuts of meat, the environment will be casual, and he'll sell a line of steak sauces.

Although the exact address is still unknown, the location is somewhere near GT Fish in River North. Expect it to open by early fall; stay tuned for more details.
