GOLD COAST—Alex Renshaw has rolled out Drumbar's new cocktail menu. Many drinks focus on apertifs and are named for classic TV, including "Saturday Cartoons" (Cinnamon Toast Crunch-infused rum, Amaro, Demerara, egg, bitters) and "Spin City" (rum, Batavia Arrack, Kummel, lime, curry bitters).
