The widow of culinary legend Charlie Trotter has given her first interview since his passing last year. Speaking to DNAinfo, Rochelle Trotter affirms her mission to carry out her late husband's vision of building an "institute of learning" (as previously reported here) as well as to publish a book paying tribute to his legacy as a chef and humanitarian. She is busy putting together both a new board for the Charlie Trotter Culinary Education Foundation and fundraising events across the country to support it. [DNAinfo]
