Homaro Cantu will be documenting some of his Moto recipes in the pages of a new cookbook. According to Eater National, the book will "focus on the restaurant's first decade, and will feature ten recipes per year. Included: 'Innovations such as edible paper, the indoor farm, and tableside cooking of individual dishes in the Cantu-designed polymer oven.'"
The Moto Cookbook, the second book from Cantu (after The Miracle Berry Diet Cookbook), is expected to be released in 2014 or 2015. Check out the full post on Eater National for more info and Cantu's latest video.
