Hamburger Hop Results; Ina's Cookbook On Sale; More

MILLENIUM PARK—Howells & Hood's Scott Walton and Food Network's Jeff Mauro took home the judges' and people's choice awards, respectively, at Hamburger Hop Friday night. Walton cooked a kimchi burger (housemade kimchi, bread and butter pickle aïoli and carrot bacon) while Mauro employed "engine" sauce, cherry peppers and jalapeño Havarti. [EaterWire]
