Following stints at some of the hottest restaurants in town, acclaimed sommelier Jason Wagner is heading back to New York to work at the upcoming Fung Tu. Coming from New York just under two years ago to help open Nellcote, Wagner tells Eater New York that "what I learned during my time in Chicago has made it possible to do what I am doing with Fung Tu."
