Fox & Obel Shuttered Again—Is It Permanent?

Is Fox & Obel shuttered for good? A "temporarily closed" sign has appeared in the window, the gate is down, and the phone rings endlessly. Fox & Obel has been shut down by the Health Department, declared bankruptcy, and ownership has been sued by investors, all since July. An Evolution Wines & Spirits employee inquired about purchasing racking and coolers on Facebook yesterday. None of these are good signs for the Streeterville gourmet food store and cafe.
