Seasons 52 Opening October 17; Jay Schroeder Out at Red Door; More

RIVER NORTH—The upcoming location of Seasons 52 at The Shops at North Bridge is opening October 17. It will have a "circular piano bar" with nightly live music, an open kitchen with a brick oven, a chef's table, and a climate-controlled wine chateau. [EaterWire]

BUCKTOWN—Jay Schroeder, part of Zagat's 30 Under 30 class of 2012, has left his post at Red Door. "I look forward to future opportunities to grow my career, taking on larger projects and more demanding challenges," he says. His next move is unknown at the moment. [EaterWire]

LOGAN SQUARE—Head to Yusho tomorrow night from 7-10 p.m. for "An Exploration of Japanese Craft Beer." Taste beers from Yoho and Swan Lake along with Yusho passed bites for $40. [EaterWire]
