Brendan Sodikoff's next opening, Green Street Smoked Meats, is progressing swiftly. Sodikoff says that interior buildout is complete and he's only waiting for the furnishings to arrive. The exact location is now known (112 N. Green), and if the current exterior looks a little rough, it actually fits the general design.
"People will love this one or feel real uncomfortable," Sodikoff says, describing an opinion that is found at Dillman's as well. "It's for those with a creative spirit, sense of humor and aren't afraid to get little dirty."
The opening is still slated for October. The adjacent ramen shop will open soon after.
