Less than a month after implementing a single menu format, the Tribune's Phil Vettel checks in to see how Elizabeth has changed. Though he makes clear that this is not a re-review of the restaurant, he states that he likes "every single change (Elizabeth's chef/owner Iliana Regan) has made." Broken up into three parts, Vettel found surprises in the new single menu format. His three-star review states that, "on the whole, I'm a fan of Elizabeth 2.0" and that "the rearranged dining room has a nice flow." [Tribune]
