Bon Appétit has announced 50 nominees for the top new restaurants of 2013. Chicago's Fat Rice, Grace and Trenchermen have made the initial cut. The top ten nominees, along with restaurant and drinks editor Andrew Knowlton's pick for the best new restaurant, will be announced August 14. [Bon Appetit]
