Jimmy, the 70s-themed exclusive cocktail bar in the James Hotel, discreetly opened for business less than two weeks ago. If you make it inside, after passing through an unmarked door in Burke's Bacon Bar and a set of chain curtains, you'll enter one small dark room lit with muted wall fixtures.
