The staff at Burke's Bacon Bar has been cooking up "handwiches," sides and desserts since Tuesday. The space, inside and out, reflects the meat-centric menu in the signage, hanging flesh on strings, and retail items including bacon toothpicks and tattoos. They might even sell pig-head birthday "cakes" soon too.
