Watch Alinea Chefs Talk Menu Planning and Possible Farm

What makes Alinea different than other restaurants? A new interview on Potluck Video with chefs Grant Achatz, Mike Bagale, and Eric Rivera attempts to answer that question. Achatz talks about "constant evolution," "a vortex of things colliding together," and looking at "emotion as an ingredient."

Achatz also talks about the possibility of starting an Alinea farm outside the city where they can "have things that nobody else will have" like having "a garden space, a meadow, and a forest and move the group of 12 diners through that." Watch the whole video below.
