The wait for the next Brendan Sodikoff project is over. Dillman's, Sodikoff's take on an old-world Jewish deli, quietly opened on Hubbard. The restaurant has been in soft opening mode the last few nights.
Although some details are scant—case in point: there's no website yet—Dish posted a copy of the menu. It's chock full of many Jewish deli favorites: knishes, latkes, matzo ball soup, schmears, lox, pickles, schnitzel, borscht, and more. Nods to other Sodikoff restaurants are there too, such as a fried bologna sandwich (Au Cheval) and Bavette's roast beef french dip.
For now, Dillman's is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
