More Greenery: Prasino Opens in Rosemont

Today is finally the day that the latest Prasino opens in the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. The space is very similar to the St. Charles location (pictured). The food menus, designed by corporate chef Jared Case and executed by chef Chris Barron, have a strong resemblance to other Prasinos but with a few wrinkles. Corporate beverage director Todd Elkis put together the drink menus, highlighting cocktails, organic wines, and daytime "eye openers." Read through them all below.
