Aaron Cuschieri and Carlos Gaytan Land on Top Chef New Orleans

After announcing the portions of the upcoming Top Chef New Orleans cast hailing from the East and West Coasts the last two days, Bravo revealed the remaining cast members this morning. Two Chicago chefs, Aaron Cuschieri (Slurping Turtle) and Carlos Gaytan (Mexique) are included and are about to enter the bright national spotlight.

Word broke of Cuschieri's inclusion last month. His mentor, Slurping Turtle owner Takashi Yagihashi, is a past guest on Top Chef Masters. Gaytan, chef/owner of the Michelin-starred Mexican-French fusion concept Mexique, was kept under wraps.
