Nothing says party quite like cured meats. The Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma is celebrating its 50th anniversary of the Parma Crown—and they're bringing the festivities to Chicago.
To properly observe the meaty milestone, which coincides with the Italian holiday Ferragosto, Parma has partnered with Chef Tony Mantuano and his team at Spiaggia to host an unforgettable celebration. And in keeping with the spirit of the season, the two forces have decided to throw a beach party on Thursday, August 15th, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m, at Oak Street Beach. Guests will enjoy freshly-sliced Prosciutto di Parma, salmon bake, ice cold Peroni, Negroni slushies and much more. Get your tickets here for $65 and join the summer fun.
