Pompeii Xpress Ordered to Change Its Name; Toni Expands Booze Menu; More

LAKEVIEW—A federal judge ordered Pompeii Xpress owners Roger and John Davino to stop using the Pompeii name within 48 hours following Pompei Bakery president Ralph Davino's formal complaint. It looks like they're complying, as the website is down. [CRED]
