The Longman & Eagle Partners' Plans for Thalia Hall; D.A.S. Sneak Peek; More

PILSEN—Bruce Finkelman and Craig Golden's plans for the historic Thalia Hall space are crystalized. After signing the deal last week, they're making it into a tavern and restaurant that serves "beer-inspired cuisine," named Dusek's, and a vintage furniture store. LOGAN SQUARE—If you're interested in a preview of Nathan Sears' D.A.S. (the tasting menu restaurant inside The Radler) then head to Table, Donkey and Stick on July 22. The eight-course, $75 collaboration with Scott Manley includes beef carpaccio with octopus and garlic; chicken four ways; and goat, beets, peppers, and caraway. [EaterWire]
