Although The Bentley Tavern won't open until the second week of August, buildout is complete inside the "nouveau bistro" on Southport. Owner Brian Dohmen has updated the interior with an understated two-tone off-white color scheme topped with evergreen trim, highlighted with bright archway windows and french doors, giving the space an airy, open feel. A marble, brick, and wood bar anchors the front while two-top and four-top tables line the rear dining area.
