With all the dining upgrades at O'Hare Terminal 5, is Gordon Ramsay next? In an interview with Britain's The Sunday Times, the "sexy/ferocious" chef reveals, among many other things, that he's planning a new location of his restaurant Plane Food in Chicago (as well as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York). He doesn't say exactly where and when it will happen, however. Plane Food dishes include eggs benedict, smoked salmon, Wye Valley asparagus with parmesan and quail's eggs, and roasted veal chop with anchovy in "a proper restaurant" with "an attentive maitre'd."
