Matthias Merges' two Hyde Park projects are getting close. The European restaurant on 53rd Street has a name now—A10. Merges was able to acquire a liquor license, as there was originally some problems because the area was voted dry. The other project is a scaled-down version of Yusho. [EaterWire]
