CLYBOURN CORRIDOR—Canadian restaurant chain Earls Kitchen & Bar has signed a 10-year lease in the upcoming New City development near the Clybourn and Halsted intersection. WEST LOOP—Little Goat is having a busy week. With their French Market booth opening on Friday, they're also opening their rooftop patio to the public starting Sunday.
