With so many local steakhouses, does the Chicago area need one from Texas? One is coming to Oak Brook—Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, a nine-location chain based in Houston. It will be large (350 seats, five private dining rooms, 11,000 square feet) and serve large items, such as a "a seven finger high" pork chop.
