Grace Sous Chef Mitch Lienhard is a 2013 Eater Young Gun WINNER

Today is a momentous day. Following months of combing through the best and brightest in this country's food and drink world, the 2013 Eater Young Guns class is revealed. One Chicagoan is among the esteemed group of 15—Grace sous chef Mitch Lienhard.

Lienhard has been climbing the ranks of some of America's top dining destinations since his teens, and is currently Curtis Duffy's right-hand man at Grace. Congratulations to Lienhard, who gains a well-deserved honor. Look for even bigger things from him in the future, learn more about him in this interview from May.
