Kyle Davidson, a One Off Hospitality vet, will replace Lynn House as the Blackbird chief mixologist on June 18. Davidson, who was on the opening team at Publican Quality Meats, will fill one of the highest-profile bar gigs in town. House is leaving Blackbird June 15 to work for Heaven Hill Distilleries.
