Pastry Chef at Travelle; Special Somm Screenings; More

RIVER NORTH—Scott Green is the opening executive pastry chef at Travelle, the upcoming restaurant from former Tru and Paris Club chef Tim Graham. Green was most recently an instructor at The French Pastry School. [EaterWire]
